MK Quilts is a Florida-based longarm quilting retailer, service, and training company serving customers across the country. We specialize in Handi Quilter longarm machines, but what truly defines us is what happens after the sale.
We believe buying a longarm is the start of a relationship, not the end of a transaction. That’s why we focus so heavily on setup, support, and training—helping customers feel confident, capable, and supported as they grow into their machines.
What makes our approach different is simple: we use what we sell. Every day, our team runs longarm machines in our own quilt finishing operation and quilt shop. That real-world experience shapes how we train, how we troubleshoot, and how we guide our customers. Our advice comes from doing the work, not just reading about it.

How We Operate
MK Quilts is family-owned and led by Paul and Melissa (“MK”). Melissa leads education, creativity, and customer experience. Paul focuses on systems, technical operations, and making sure the business is built to last.
We run MK Quilts with a long-term mindset:
