I purchased my Forte with ProStitcher from MKQuilts because of support! Anyone can sell a machine, but having excellent support after the sale was my number one consideration. With all of the free YouTube videos, the ongoing tips and shared knowledge, as well as the purchased videos, MK’s training is superior! Buying a machine is a huge investment and being able to use it to its full potential is possible when you have MK and Mr. MK in your corner.

I found MK quilts through youtube then facebook then to video classes. I got my infinity in March but not at my local dealer. She will only help if I purchased local and offered to teach me at the rate of 300.00 an hour and told me she would only work on my machine for warranty work if I purchased a warranty contract from her for 1,500.00. I love her dearly but that is deffintly pointing me to find help somewhere not local. I wish Handi Quilter backed their product at any dealer. I feel so blessed to find MK and her classes. I can go at my own speed, look back for clarification and whenever I ask her anything she always answers. I am so inspired by the video sim seasons, classes and facebook.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the purchase of my Infinity with Prostitcher from MK Quilts. Paul and Melissa came to my home to install my Infinity. The in-home Prostitcher training provided by Mellisa was and is excellent. Paul provides superior technical support during and after the install. Melissa and Paul go above and beyond expectations to provide excellent service to their customers.

I choose MK Quilts to buy from based on a recommendation from a friend who bragged about the excellent service that they received from MK Quilts, so when I decided to take the plunge and buy a long arm, who else to buy from but MK Quilts. At first I was overwhelmed by the longarm even though I have been sewing for over 45 years but with MK's encouragement, watching her videos, weekly feeds & tips I have conquered my longarm and haven't regretted my decision to purchase from MK. She & her husband have been very professional & very responsive to any assistance I have needed and have made me feel like I am part of the long arm quilt family.
