MK Quilts Support Policy
Our Christian values motivate us to try to help everyone. Unfortunately we all have limited resources so we try to work under the following guidelines...
- MK Quilts Machine owners have priority because they have supported us most by buying their machines through us.
- MK Quilts Customers that are members of the MK Quilts University and/or regular shoppers at our shop.mkquilts.com store support us on an ongoing basis are always welcome to call. We would prefer that they submit questions through email or the social forms. Scheduling a personal callback via the website greatly helps us manage our time.
- Customers that have not dealt with MK Quilts before are asked to use the website to schedule a support call, unless it is an emergency. These people may be asked to pay a service charge or at least asked to join the MK Quilts University. Even if the customer does not frequent the MKQU, it is like paying a service contract.
