MK Quilts Extended Service Machine Loaner Program

Reduce your downtime to your business by having a machine on standby.

Even if you have a local technician that happens to be open and available when your machine goes down, the repair may take over a week and may be uncertain.  Worst case scenario, you need to send your machine into Handi Quilter for repair.  At a minimum you would be dealing with a THREE WEEK DOWNTIME.
What might that cost your business in money and customer reputation?
Many businesses do not have the money nor space to have a second machine running.  And if they do, the second machine becomes critical to meet their workload.  What if you could ship in a new system while your other system is being repaired?

Extended support hours can resolve problems quicker.

The MK Owners - people that bought their systems from MK Quilts - recognize the superior after-hours response that they receive.  Even if your system was not purchased through MK Quilts, you can protect yourself with the added support and service that only our Concierge level MK Owners receive.  
Do you no longer have access to a reliable retailer?  Scheduled support engagements at MK Quilts are a minimum of $50 an hour for those that are not MK Owners.

Receive repair parts more quickly from the MK Quilts inventory.

MK Quilts stocks the primary repair parts for all the major models.  It is often much quicker to pull and ship these parts to you and replace them from Handi Quilter stock later, when under warranty.  MK Quilts has expedited shipments of parts and timing kits to many people around the world.  (Machine loaners can only be shipped in the US and Canada.)

Supported Systems

Frames are not included in the loaner program.  Any loaner machine must fit the existing member's frame.  Handi Quilter OEMs other hardware than listed below.  All hardware must be verified prior to joining this program.
  • HQ Amara
  • HQ Forte
  • HQ Infinity --- Forte loaner may be substituted
  • Fusion --- Forte loaner will be substituted
  • Avante/other --- Amara will be substituted.  Frame may not support full throat depth.
  • BabyLock equivalents to those listed above.
  • Pro-Stitcher --- as part of a system or sub-components when reasonable
