Your browser will store information as you use other websites.  This can be very helpful and makes things simpler the next time your return.  However often times that information can cause problems.

If something is not working well in the browser, before calling support you should clear your cookies.  The bad thing about doing this, is that it also clears the passwords and you will have to log back into Facebook and other sites.  Make sure you know your passwords.

As you should learn quickly, I use simple Google searches to remind me how to reset cookies on a particular browser if I can not poke around the menus.  The site below is a current reference for all browsers.
Reset Cookies - All Browser types
HINT:  Have more than one browser installed.  Windows comes with the Edge Browser, but having Internet Explorer or Chrome installed is not a bad idea.  The Edge Browser does not support some website features.  It is always good to have multiple browsers installed.  Chrome (by Google) is making a strong push to be a good default.  But each type may work better with different websites.

MK's Video site authors seem to prefer Google Chrome which can be loaded on an Ipad and Iphone, but I will have to test to see if this works well for video viewing.
