MK Quilts is growing quickly and our 2019 initiative is to hire service technicians across the country to help support our new machine owners. This includes our future machine owners that may have purchased a system from another retailer but are unable to get good local support. If you have a good local Handi Quilter Longarm retailer, use and support them.
When you are having troubles, your first call for support should be to the retailer that sold you your system. They were compensated through the sale to provide you ongoing support. They also should have priority channels for calling Handi Quilter Support.
