Nothing has been committed to at this point. We are also talking to Norwegian Cruise Line out of Tampa (a day later). But the Princess Cruise is a good example for our initial discussion. MK Quilts would coordinate quilting and longarming activities. The cruise lines can make sure people's rooms are in the same area of the ship as any resources that may be established such as sewing machines and conference rooms for presentations. Dining times would be synced if so chosen. These would be booked under a group number.

There will be other activities for men/spouses that do not quilt - including machine maintenance discussions, receptions, and card playing.

Balcony Rate: ~$1340 all-in (includes taxes and port charges.) per person. Internal cabins are less.
Down payment: $215 per person. Balance or refund as of September 8th, 2019.
(Norwegian is running a $50 per person down payment special.  All prices are for example only at this point.  Use it for general budgeting guidelines.)

This example would be on Princess's newest ship, the Sky Princess.
