We have been in this 1600+ sq/ft house for 15 years. The second owners of this original model home. As you noticed by this website, we run our own small business that formally started in the garage which was built out as a bonus room with insulation, air-conditioning, and plenty of lighting and electrical. The business has moved to a formal location and the garage is used as a shipping facility for our online store. The front three feet are storage and the garage door still goes up. The back section of the garage is a laundry and storage area. Walls can easily be removed to return it to a garage configuration, however most people see it as a very useful room. The roof is in good condition and the large trees provide excellent shade for the house, reducing cooling requirements.
We have a realtor that we will go with when necessary. However, we would gladly share in the savings if we never have to MLS list this house. It will be mid-to-late 2021 before our new home is built but we have options if we need to move out early. No one knows what the economy is going to do over the next 6 months. If you are interested, we can arrange to have you over for a glass of wine, bear, or water to give you a real feel for the property. Or we can arrange for you to meet someone else at the house for a tour.
The front bedroom is being used as an office. Picture pending some declutter. This room faces the front of the house and has privacy film and automatic blinds.

The Livingroom has been expanded with an additional room a Lanai on the back of the house. Back shrubs and elevation of the house provide no sight-line into the house from the rear. The main areas of the house are tiled. The house currently doubles as a quilt museum.
The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a full bath. All bathrooms have had Bath Fitters enclosures fit in the tub areas to prevent mold as our daughter had extreme allergies.
The kitchen has the bar area into the livingroom and french doors into a dinning room area. Photos will be posted as we declutter. The appliances are mixed as the refrigerator was replace within the past 16 months and the washing machine just prior to that. The kitchen sink is one of those expensive 'forever sinks.' Or so I am told.

The Guest Bedroom has a window out to the lanai area in the back. There is a standard closet and room for a king-sized bed and dresser(s). The main bathroom is right outside the door.
The backyard and Lanai has been used as a dog run by a dog that won't do his business in his own yard. So it is safe to walk. Photos will be posted as we clear and clean the Lanai and complete the shed. Six feet beyond the back bushes is an easement which is currently accessible by the house behind us, but technically part of our property. This accounts for the fence line of the neighbor's fence. Special mitigation was taken years ago to make sure nothing was sliding down the hill.
